I. Core Functions and Positioning
Core Role
Filters out coarse particles, fibers, wood chips, and other impurities in pulverized coal to prevent clogging of distributors, spray guns, and valves, ensuring continuous operation of the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system.
The designed filtration area is ≥4 times the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipeline, reducing conveying resistance and minimizing wear.
